Lotus Notes Troubleshooting : What to do if there are error message(s) in mailfile?
Troubleshooting Steps :
1. Exit your Lotus Notes client
2. Browse the Notes directory ( e.g. C:\Users\<User Name>\Application Data\Lotus\Notes\Data )
- - Delete CACHE.NDK
- - Rename BOOKMARK.NSF
3. Open Lotus Notes client
4. Getting into your Inbox view
- - Replace mail file design by select File > Application > Replace Design, type in your server, select the Mail Design File> press Replace
- - Upgrade Folder Design by select Actions > Folder > Upgrade folder design > choose Automatic upgrade
- - Go to your Inbox view, press Ctrl + Shift + F9 to upgrade all views)
5. Select More > Preference > press OK
